What is this?
We have operated our Grid Relay Transport architecture exclusively out of the Hong Kong SAR since early 2000. Our mandate is absolute operational confidentiality.
A warrant canary is a method to communicate that we have not been compromised by a secret subpoena or gag order. It is illegal to lie, but it is not illegal to simply stop updating this file.
If this page disappears, ceases to be updated, or if the cryptographic signature below is invalid, you must immediately assume that the GRTNET infrastructure has become a compromised system and evacuate all sensitive data.

1. GRTNET has NOT received any national security letters, gag orders, or warrants from any domestic or foreign intelligence agency.
2. Our Hong Kong routing nodes have NOT been physically or digitally compromised.
3. No encryption keys have been surrendered to any third party.
4. We have NOT been compelled to introduce backdoors into our software or hardware.
We plan to update this canary again within the next 30 days.
