Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the Grid Relay Transport infrastructure ("GRTNET"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

2. Provision of Service

GRTNET provides end-to-end encrypted transport and storage nodes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service for any network node without prior notice if we detect infrastructure abuse or targeted network attacks.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Our mandate is to provide uncompromising privacy for operational confidentiality. However, you agree NOT to use the GRTNET infrastructure for:

• The transmission or distribution of unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
• The distribution of malware, ransomware, or network-disrupting payloads.
• Activities that explicitly violate the criminal code of the Hong Kong SAR.

Violation of these rules will result in the immediate and unrecoverable termination of the routing node and associated encryption keys.

4. Limitation of Liability

The GRTNET infrastructure is provided "AS IS". Due to the nature of our decentralized routing and strict no-log policy, we cannot recover lost data, deleted emails, or forgotten encryption keys. Under no circumstances shall GRTNET INTERNATIONAL be held liable for data loss, operational downtime, or intercepted communications resulting from endpoint (user device) compromise.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms must be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
